The temporary work agency keeps a completed copy of the temporary workstation sheet for the duration of the temporary worker's mission to a user undertaking. It provides a copy to the temporary worker prior to the start of its mission and keeps the workstation sheets available to the occupational physician, the prevention advisor and the officer in charge of monitoring well-being at work (labour inspector).
The user undertaking keeps the workstation sheets available to the person in charge of the induction, the prevention advisor of the internal department, the prevention advisor - occupational physician and the officer in charge of monitoring well-being at work during the entire temporary worker's employment period.
